Anxiety can feel like an excessive amount of over worrying, about little things or big things. It really doesn't matter what we feel anxious about, but what matters the most is how to deal with the feeling of anxiety and the ways in which we can learn to cope with it so that we can not only just eliminate it completely, but most importantly, learn how to cope with it so that it becomes easier.
