Please select two (2) journaling prompts from the following list, copy and paste them in the “Module 3 Self-Care Journal Writing Prompt” page within your workbook and take your time writing out your answer.

  • Finish this sentence: “My negative self talk usually sounds like…”

  • If fear is my compass, where are my fears guiding me?

  • What are my fears that hold me back?

  • If my worst fears were to come true, what would I do?

  • What are my anxieties about? How are my anxieties rational or irrational?
