We are so happy that you have taken the initiative to change your life in such a positive way. The rewards of practicing self-care have ever-lasting effects for yourself and those around you. Once we learn about what self-care truly means and how to implement self-care into our daily lives, we will notice the remarkable difference of how we feel on the inside, how we treat people around us, and the way we see the world.
Reflection and self-exploration bring about a truly magical gift, that is both unseen and unspoken. You may feel like you know who you are in this moment, but as you continue through life, change constantly happens in small ways and in big ways. That is why there is such an importance in the need to continuously rediscover yourself. On the other hand, you may feel as if your life, relationships, and energy within you have remained stagnant for some time. Then, I can offer no better course for exactly this type of feeling. We at Pear Life have not only poured countless hours of our own self-exploration and research on the topic of Self-Care, but we have also vulnerably looked at our own experiences to share them exclusively with you on this platform. An insight into how this single movement has changed our lives from the inside-out. We also look forward to the changes that will occur within you as you become a beacon of light, joy, and compassion toward the people around you. Here is to your path toward love, acceptance, and caring for your happiness and well-being.

1. Make sure to download the Pear Life Self-Care Workbook (PDF), and complete the guide as you go through this digital course.
2. Each lesson/video links up with a workbook page and is the equivalent of one day.
3. Focus only on yourself as you remove all distractions, such as your phone, television, etc.
4. Set aside 30 minutes every day to dedicate yourself fully to your self-care through this course. (Most daily lessons/videos average 15-20 minutes, but we recommend the full 30 minutes).
5. Keep an open mind & heart throughout this process.
Recognition & Evaluation
The first step in practicing self-care is to recognize and evaluate your feelings and emotions. Figure out the origin of your anger, frustration, and sadness. Discover the reason why you have been feeling impatient the entire day. Take some time to thoroughly think about the reason why you are feeling or acting a certain way. For some people, this is the most difficult step of self-care. The average person skips straight over into indulgence while forgetting to address the underlying problem in the first place. This is the biggest mistake that one can make. Take a few extra moments to dig deep. Depending on how you process information, journaling can be an effective process. Writing down a few of these questions can be helpful. Also, make sure to provide answers that are completely honest. No one can judge you on your inner thoughts. You are free to wander inside your mind. Enjoy the process!
