An extraordinary simple yet effective guide to self care. There is a lot to be said about the fast paced world we live in. Our work schedules often put us into a corner choosing between our overall health and the careers we often feel we have sacrificed everything for. However, converting those 30 minutes I would have otherwise spent on social media into focusing on myself has helped me realign my motivations and strengthen my resolve to doing what I truly want to do in life. While the paths we decide to follow are ultimately left to us, I am glad that this course has helped me to be introspective while at the same time not be overbearing. As they say, a pear a day can help show you the way!
