“21 Days to Self-Care” has allowed me to take a step back and reflect on my own life. The daily lessons, motivational videos, meditations, and prompts encouraged me to practice mindfulness through writing and reflection. By the end of this course, I felt empowered, reflective, and renewed.
Before taking this course, I found myself pushing aside my stressors and sweeping my problems under the rug simply because I felt like I didn’t have the time, energy, or desire to address them.
